Boiler Systems 

A simplified yet accurate  description of a boiler system  is that it’s a closed tank in which water is heated under pressure. This pressure is created solely by the fact that the tank is completely closed which is helpful for easing pumping and driving up the temperatures.

Boiler Fuel is used to keep the flame burning which is managed by a small valve and heats the water in the boiler.  In order to properly distribute the heat, the hot water or steam travels through a piping system to deliver heat to where it is needed and then it travels back to begin the process all over again.

Every boiler has external controls that are used to manually or automatically manage the temperature and maximize efficiency. Using these controls wisely can save you on costs, especially in climates where the temperature tends to fluctuate.
