Very thankful to have a great HVAC team like KMS! I love being able to communicate and work things through with my subs. Big shot out to Casey Johnson! They definitely treat their customers with respect and value them. They keep their word and do not cut any corners. I've used them on a some builds and will continue using them! Casey and the KMS HVAC installation team were great! No issues whatsoever. Casey was extremely knowledgeable and gave recommendations for how to maintain thermostat temperatures during different times of summer. He also was the ONLY one (out of 5 HVAC companies who came out to give a quote on a new ac system) that actually calculated the AC Load of our downstairs to accurately determine which size of Unit, Coil and Furnace we needed. Everyone else just went off of either the current unit size (assuming that it was already correct) or based on the downstairs square footage with nothing else (like our high ceilings) considered. I have been using KMS Heating and Cooling for HVAC requirements for about 30 years in two different houses. They are always efficient, friendly, responsive, professional, and fair in price. I participate in their CAP maintenance program and find it cost-effective. My most recent service from KMS went above and beyond. I realized one of our A/C units was not working fairly late in the afternoon on a Thursday. The heat index was well over 100°F. The KMS technician came about an hour later, spent a few minutes diagnosing the issue, and came up with a workaround that got the system working again. We needed a new blower and had one installed less than 24 hours later, in time for the weekend. I'm used to good service from KMS but I am truly grateful for the customer service on this occasion. I also got a 10% discount on the service total because of membership in the CAP program.
